Scheduled Rounds and Inspection
Scheduled visits (1-3 times per week, customizable).

Check locks, windows, and bars.
Check for signs of attempted break-in or vandalism.
Check for water leaks (faucets, toilets, water heater), dampness or electrical problems (burned-out light bulbs, odors).
Inspect the exterior: roof (after rain), downspouts, accumulation of other people's garbage.
Basic Maintenance of a Lived Appearance

Alternate interior lights
Raise/lower blinds at different times.
Collect mail, packages, and flyers from the door. (This is crucial.)
Take out and put away the trash cans on collection days.
Light exterior cleaning: Sweep the sidewalk, collect leaves, remove cobwebs.
Light interior cleaning: Surface dusting, airing out rooms, vacuuming occasionally to avoid musty smells.
Emergency management
